    Typed a long reply to this thread then lost it :mad: I am sure it is nothing to do with the fact I am my third (large) red wine (with crackers & Stilton) ;)

    Finding it hard to keep up with all the mad animal pics in here but loving them - do miss having cats and dogs as they are so amusing.

    OH just had a lovely Skype with his son & family in Australia although was a wee bit emotional after, bless, think I might have to start looking at flights for Oz :eek:

    I can appreciate how he feels as would be devastated if any of my kids were so far away.

    Weatherwise still cold, dry and fairly calm here, same as sheils and by the forecast think we will be OK tomorrow too. Hope those of you in the worst snow areas are surviving OK.

    Just been watching the 'local' news and it said Kent has had 'up to 2 inches of snow'...............Up to 2 inches? We've had at least 6 inches, it hasn't stopped all day. Makes you wonder how 'local' they are.
