  • Don't be sorry at all hun

How old is your daughter. Hope you can get a diagnosis soon and start to get her some positive help. I was about to suggest to you possibly aspergers/autism but also think maybe somewhat a little is something to do with the bulltig. Have you tried asking her if she is having any more problems with the kids

She's 13 next tues. Shes had ongoing problems since she was younger but its now getting worse. I've asked her (constantly asking her) if anyone is bothering her but she said no. We're quite close so I know she would tell me. She has a pen friend and can express herself in writing but just can't do face to face situations. Her younger sis and the dog are her best friends.
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

Wingo - my heart goes out to you. Camhs usually very good. My grandson has autism and my gt nephew has aspergas and it took a lot of persisting and effort to get a diagnosis. I am not saying you DD has either just that you need to really persist. Do the school not offer her any help? Don't bottle it up Wingo, we are here for you to vent at. Big hugs to you.

Are you at work today Becks, you were on the Inn quite late last night?

Hope you got back safely and had a super time Sheils

    Hi Firefly, u OK today?

Sorry Sylvia I must have been typing when you popped in! :D
Yes, the school has got her an education psychologist seeing her and the nurse is involved along with SENCO now. It was a battle at first as the teachers thought she was lazy and would shout in her face. They're now aware of the situation.
Have a great day Hun, hope it's not of flooded where you are xx

That's good Wingo you seem to be going in the right direction. DD2 is a psycologist working for an organisation but also works 1 day a week in a school as an Animal Assisted Therapist, she uses 2 tortoise and has fantastic results. What I am trying to say is all the help is there but often you have to fight for it. Sorry will shut up now, hope you get it sorted as it must be very worying for you.

Must get on and do some more, want to go out but not sure whether to try Chester-le-street or stick to Durham. Must get some more Christmas pressies. Need to get two basic kindles for the two eldest GD's as I am trying to encourage them to read more. Saw a sign in our local Comet saying 50% off but when I got up close it of course said 'up to 50% and most things were only 10% and there were no kindles left anyway. Have seen them at £69 don't know if any of you have seen them cheaper?

SYL off for a coffee now and catch up and really nead to hoover etc as well.

    Good morning all.
Sorry, I don't come in here very often and I'm asking for a favour so feel really cheeky but it's ever so important and I know some of you lovelies have signed petitions before. It's more poor greyhounds in Spain. gettingready posted it on the Pets forum. It really is horrendous, that's why I'm asking :(
