B.Sue - Well done on the cookery book win.
Lilrahi - thats a fantastic win, well done.
Glad you have a nice day Katie
Wingo - I have lost my little fiat many a time on the car park its so small. Used to have a belingo multispas and didn't have to worry as I could always see it. Walked round the car park in Sainsbury's crying not so long back as I had parked somewhere I don't usually and couldn't remember which row it was in LOL
DH's is lappie is OK now, it was google chrome that was causing the problem so have put on Firfox and its running like a dream, even roboform works properly now. He is well chuffed. That's earned me a gold star for today. He was getting so cross with it before.
What's for supper Firefly:) have had one of Sheils pink rocks but keeping it for tomorrow. Thanks Sheils:TBIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -
Oh dear Sylvia don't get upset about not finding your car. Will always turn up.
I was on customer service desk on monday and this woman came in saying she had lost her car keys. We hadn't had any handed in so we talked through what she had done etc. We established she had already been to her car to put her shopping bags in, then took her trolley back. I asked her if she had looked in her boot. She went mad, making out sje wasn't stupid etc, she asked for the manager, she started looking in everyones trollies as they passed convinced soneone had them, she asked a woman who had keys in her hand if they were her keys. After about half an hour her sister who had been sat in the car came in and said they were in the boot. Doh! Just as i said all along :rotfl: i feel mean laughing about it but i knew thats where they would be an ahe made such a scene£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120 -
Hi Becks. Yes the problem is when you are in a flap you dont always think logically, which you were obviously doing as you have probably seen it all before. Hope she didn't get you in for trouble. I got in for trouble once when I worked a Morrisons. A woman came in with a child in the trolley who was covered in chicken pox. When she went out the woman on the next till commented that she should'nt have come in with the child and I agreed with her as you can get shingles, not realising she had come back in for something and heard us. She complained and said we were being rude etc and caused a fuss and we got a ticking off. Some customers dont realise and exagerate and get staff in for trouble.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0

No I am too nice to be in trouble
(honest)
Don't think i have ever had a really rude customer to me luckily as not sure what i would say£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120 -
Thats lovely Becks. I was always lovely to the customers too, they would wait to come to my till. The woman on the next till was always in trouble, I just agreed with her about the c.p. but neither of us were unpleasant at all, I think she knew really she shouldn't have come in with such a sick child but probably didn't have a choice. Even if I have a problem now am always try to be a nice as possible about it as you usually get things sorted better that way.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0
