lol!! lost wee cat for a bit. She's a house cat - never wanted to venture outside. Hadnt seen her for a while...... and wondering where she had got to, and anyhow, i managed to get upstairs, very pleased and coped wel on the stairs, quite painless and managed them fine (up to now i have been sleeping down stairs on bed settee and we also have bathroom downstairs which has been a godsend). Well, my little furry feline was under my duvet in bedroom - bit of a giveaway - large bulge in middle of bed:rotfl::rotfl: Anyhow quite pleased that i can now get up and down stairs ok.

Couple of fireworks going off here, but not too bad at the mo. xxxxxx

Hello everyone, hope you are all enjoying the weekend :j Been out and got my littlest lads hair cut today which i hate doing as he has lovely curls but it was starting to look scruffy, they will grow back soon enough though.

Had my cinema tickets through today which was super quick as only won them midweek i think on the maynards comp. Hope you are all snug and warm, it's freezing today, think its extra blanket on the beds time!

AlfieBlue I am coming to your house for tea, sounds delicious. I normally don't like fish, can eat Scampi and fish with batter out of the fish shop but don't give me sardines, herrings, tuna etc. Bless your little cat it was keeping the bed warm for you. Broccoli is supposed to be very good for your health. Lucky I love it. I am reading a book at the moment by Jim Donavan (it was a free Kindle ebook on Amazon last Sunday) he lists healthy food to eat and also supplements we should be taking. Have finished reading it now must go back and make a list of all the healthy food as I need to change my diet.

Oh yes - I have upped my diet to heal the bones. Doing ok, plenty of calcium, veggies, fruit etc. Well I am part veggie anyway, dont/cant eat red meat but can take fish, veggies, fruit, dairy products and wee bit of chicken. Guess my diet has helped me a lot. Loving yeo valley natural yog with fresh fruit - best yog ive tasted in years! Also having porridge in morn with fruit - so think im doing the right diet thing. Hopefully!!

Fireworks are going off here now - lots of bangs etc. Wee cat not phased by it, more inquisitive if anything!!! Have locked doors, turned off lights and she is cuddling down with me on duvet, purring away.:) We are both cosy and comfy and got tv on too, strictly first then flicking over to xfactor later:D

Its not so cold here today thank goodness, more damp and drizzly - no need to put heating on 2nite. Was chilly few days back tho!!! Brrrrrr!! Alf xxxxx
