Sun - Toad in the Hole with Beans
Mon - Meat Feast Pasta Bake
Tues - Chicken Curry with Brown Rice
Weds - Gammon & Wedges

It's nice to get back into meal planning after I let my OH do it for a week

Breakfast - cornflakes for OH, I normally have wheatabix but fancied a change so trialling smartprice bran flakes.
Lunches - Making lentil & veg soup and homemade bread for me, OH has some ham and tinned tuna for sandwiches.
Snacks - making lemon drizzle cake and also have apples, bananas, crisps and value biscuits in.
Sun - roast beef, yorkshires, roast potatoes, veg & gravy my OH is working overtime so will eat at work but my sister is coming for dinner so that will be nice
Mon - veg chilli/tagine from freezer with rice OH doesn't like the tagine so is having chilli, both are frozen in individual servings
Tues - salmon for me, leftover beef & gravy for OH with chips & veg
Wed - tandoori chicken with pitta breads & salad OH is cooking this
Thurs - Spanish veg stew will make this on Sunday so I can go to the gym after work
Fri - goats cheese & spring veg pasta with salad
Sat - left free in case we're going out, otherwise stir fry/something from freezer
As usual, sometimes the nights we have things change but hopefully we'll stick to it more or less.Part time working mum of DS (2015) and DD (2018).
