You should not feel bad about this, they did not contact you in the beginning so do not deserve you at a customer. i also think you have been too nice. tell them straight and give them the reason and ask to be taken off their mailing list. My boss used them in a recent purchase and she was not happy with them either. seems you had a lucky escape
  • Your to nice, tell them straight that they wasted your time and you went with some one else. Please dont call again!
  • Then last month I told them straight that we had found another deal & was taking that offer from another lender. He sounded a bit narked & put out but the call ended pleasantly.
    ^^^^^^^^^^^
I did tell the guy last month that we had now got a mortgage in place with someone else, but yet he's still calling me. He's either desperate for our business or desperate to hear my voice lol!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

I have his business card & number etc so if it don't stop I am going to report to their head office about it, & the FSA, and also see if my provider can block the numbers, as he's been rininging me from his mobile, an 0845 number, & also witheld. Worrying. :(
Yep you are all right about me being too nice, it's the way I am but I think I need to put on my 'no means no' head & stand up.

If it were me, I'd also tell them that the reason they lost the business is because they took so long in the first place, but you may not want to do that.

Oooo I would, but I am a nice person lol! :D:D:D:D
Not nice in the future though!!!!
