I looks that cambridge 3year tracker isa is best out there you cant go wrong. has anybody had any dealings with them

They require 180 days notice of withdrawal, as well as of ISA transfer.
In return, you get 3.5%, variable. You have to operate the account by Branch or Post.
Personally, if I had to find a home for ISA funds this time of year, I would not fix any cash ISA for 3 years now. And I would only entertain a "Branch or Post" account if there's a Branch down the road from where I live.
As an alternative, I would look for the best ISA that lets me get at my funds in the March/April 2013 timescale. That's "ISA season", when you usually can get the best rates.
Of course, there is no guarantee that the rates will be better than they are now in a few months time.0 -
My dealings with the Cambridge have been excellent. I am a local, but they coped with accepting my instructions by post when I had a spell abroad.Free the dunston one next time too.0
