I find it hard to believe you are on such low benefits.

    Do you pay no rent/mortgage.

You really should put everything down on the soa

What does your benefit pay for
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

    Just a few suggestions

Well done on negotiating with natwest for reduced payments.

I have to say that Natwest were brilliant. They wrote off all my interest and charges the time that this happened before and also this time.

I explained my predicament and they were extremely courteous and helpful. I had offered to make larger payments but they said I couldn't afford it an £1 a month would suffice for 12 months.

They have set me up with a basic bank account for the time being and stated that they will reinstate my current account when I am able to work again. I think I will stay with the basic bank account, it is safer.

Thank you for your compliment, but I think the credit is due to Natwest on this one. Pun intended.

In addition to ESA higher rate for disability I receive Housing Benefit & Council Tax benefit, but was unclear on how to enter this on the SOA form I used.

    I will revisit it.

    Many thanks.

Telephone (land line)................... 51 - Yes I agree. Unfortunatley I am with KC, with no alternatives in this area, but shall call them to see if I can reduce the package. I am 8 months in to a 2 year contract. It does include internet. Im not familiar with this, are you saying BT is not available in your area? do you know the name of your local exchange or perhaps you could give us your postcode, someone could look into this

That is correct. BT is not available in this area. Only Kingston Communications. Postcode is HU17

Hi, sorry to be probing but could you give me the other half of your postcode, change the last letter if you want,I have been looking into it and a postcode of HU17 9AQ beverley give me some different options. Im really surprised only KC is available, I thought I was hard done by because I can't get the cheapest deals here in the highlands
