I missed the bit about her bad feedback.
If her feedback sugguests she has done this several times before then i would think the same as you.
Hopefully her parcel is delayed in the post and you won't be left out of pocket.

I am not accusig anyone on her but
Opposite to this is as a buyer i am finding more things being sent with incorrect postage on...e,g. buyer has just stuck a normal stamp on when it can't even fit through the 'large' slot.Don’t put it down - put it away!

I've just had one of my collectible items (aka more expensive than usual) mysteriously vanish into the delivery black hole. For someone who is a fairly new member they seem to know the ebay process pretty well.
Oh well, you just have to remember they are scamming* the royal mail more than the seller. Hopefully the royal mail have fraud teams looking into patterns etc.
*if they are scamming, it's worth remembering the "if" part, the system isn't perfect, but then there are always mighty coincidences in these vanishing items.0 -
I believe Royal Mail and Ebay/Paypal do track members who abuse the system.
I had one buyer who claimed non delivery (feedback indicated other similar problems), I refunded and put a claim in with Royal Mail. I am sure RM informed Ebay of muliple claims for this buyers address for non delivery and the member was banned.
Hopefully scammers will be exposed.0 -

It seems unlikely to me- is there any evidence at all that RM and ebay actually work together?
More likely that complaints were raised against buyer on ebay- maybe they had tried claiming where seller had tracking or something similar, or maybe seller had evidence from emails and ebay *actually * listened. Don't forget as well that there have been reports of buyers being warned that their level of claims or the amount of poor feedback they are leaving puts their account at risk.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Unfortunately there is no perfect system, as guaranteeing a delivery adds greatly to the cost, or if Ebay guaranteed delivery (e.g. by receiving all items themselves before the sale started) the costs would go up significantly.
At least feedback is a good indicator of how good they are. I had a swimming pool heater buyer complain that the pool emptied overnight, and we said we could refund if they returned it which they did. I did not check the item until after refunding it and it really looked similar but I would say it was different. Checking his feedback later I saw quite a few complaints to other sellers that things did not work. Either he was one unlucky buyer, or he replaces anything that breaks with a nice new ebay buy for free!
