3 Mobile Broadband Stole My Data?

Hey!
About 1 weeks ago I was away on holiday and I had about 2GB of usage left on the Sunday of the holiday (I arrived on the Saturday) which I bought about about a week before then. On Wednesday my data ran out completely. I had checked it the night before and it said 1.7 GB was left. When im finished using my laptop I pull out the dongle and turn off the laptop...
So where did it all go? 1.7 GB in one night without me using it? :s
It said that the information was correct at the time I checked it.
I contacted them via email and they said to phone them up... Im guessing (like everywhere else nowdays) that if I ring them up they wont believe me even though I watch my data usage like a hawk and Il get my !!! kicked (which I could really do without at the moment)...
So on the Thursday of that holiday I topped up again with 3GB which cost me 15 pounds.
It worked fine right up until that Saturday when it said once again that my data had ran out. How can this be? I checked it the night before Saturday and it said I had 2.6 GB left.. I didnt use it up during the day because I watch it in the day aswel. I looked at the bandwidth usage in 3Connect and it said I used about 1 GB all together.

I would like to say I can move Mobile Broadband providers but I cant... 3 Have the best coverage and price on PAYG.
What should I do? :(
