When my daughter wanted specific make up from the 3/2 which my Boots didn't stock I was able to order instore while the offer was on then collected it the following week. I got both the 3/2 and points for a conditional spend.0

I want to buy Paco Rabanne lady million as an xmas gift. My local bots has the special spend £50 get £12 worth of points on Nov 1st so I was planning to buy it then (along with other 342 items) I had a quick look in my store saturday and they didnt have the gift set in stock, or indeed didnt appear to stock it. Can somebody advise how I would go about ordering it so I can pay/get my bumper points on Nov 1st? can I order it in store afew days bofore, or orer on 1st nov? really confused thought somebody may be able to advise PS I cannot order online as my card is not recognised (its very old)
Thanks
Last year I went to 2 different Xmas promo nights where you get 1200 points for every £50 spent....
the first one, Boots till system went down and no one could order or buy anything...I had to go to work so they agreed to honour my points and purchae the next day.
the second event, they didnt have what I wanted to buy instore (not a very big store), and they ordered it all instore online for me to collect and wrote a note on my reciept that the 1200 points would be added manually when I collected my order.
Just ask at the tills before you buy anything to make sure, but xant see why they wouldnt let youhoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -

I had the same problem last week on the christmas shopping evening, .
The store I went to didn't have an EA counter, so I ordered it instore for home delivery and still got my extra bonus points.
By doing it this way I was able to get the 1200 pts on a £50 spend, instead of the £75 if I had ordered it online. The assistant then added the items that I had in my basket and I paid for them all together.
It was delivered free within 48 hrs too. Hope this helps.~ What goes around comes around ~0 -
