pregnant stray cat

I got a bit of a problem with a pregnant stray cat and don't know what to do about it. My next door neighbour has been feeding the thing but he is in hospital at the moment so I'm feeding it. I don't fancy a bunch of stay kittens adding to the local cat population but I don't know who to call or what to do about it. I…

Just dropped the cat off at the cat rescue and they have put her in a nice quiet place to have her kittens. Once she has had them and they are big enough they will home the kittens and she will go off to be spayed, then taken to a farm somewhere to spend her days doing whatever slightly wild cats do.

Time for a BBQ.
