When the company I worked for introduced it the term "seamless system integration" seemed to be the buzzword. I don't know which systems it seemlessly integrated, certainly not ours, maybe it was the company bank account and theirs

Not been able to read "my messages" for a few days now, got a couple of unopened ones, just as well I got the e-mails.
I am very worried now as the private hospital I work at is going over to SAP (I always did think it was a discouraging name for the system) in January 2013 for its patient records/appointments system. Trouble ahead I suspect. Nay, I am sure
