    Managed to get on the site, but it was slow! Probably because everyone that transferred to the fixed Blue tariff got their info email this morning and we've all instructed to check our new payment plan.

    I can get on the site but cannot open my message - I just get a blank page entitled 'about blank'. Previous messages that I have already seen and read in the past come up the same also.

    I've always had this issue with the EDF site.

    Copy the link, open a new browser page, paste the link and ... after a short wait ... the pdf file should open. (assuming you have a pdf reader installed).

    Have had same problem for last 5 days. Even if I copy and paste to a new window or tab the message does not open and any new messages remain at the unread status.

    Sometimes I find you have to refresh the page a few times to get the message to load up

    Yep, Sodding Awful Programming seems to be at the root of it ;) Not been able to read "my messages" for a few days now, got a couple of unopened ones, just as well I got the e-mails.

    I refuse to believe that a quality high priced piece of cr^H^H^H software like SAP could ever cause this much of a problem.

    :rotfl::rotfl:

    I've always assumed that the sales people for SAP must have dodgy photos of a lot of company execs. for them to continue selling it.
