Can't log in to EDF Energy account

Tried to log in to my EDF account today, but must have forgotten my password. So, I reset it and it still claimed I had the wrong password. i have tried this about 6 or 7 times, and it still won't work. I am reluctant to call them, as they will say things like 'Are you sure you are using the right password?' or 'Make sure you are using the right case'.
I honestly am. (I work in IT security)
Anyone else having this problem?
BTW, ignore the newbie alert, I have posted loads of times in the past, I have just created a new account for personal reasons. (But still be nice to me)

Perhaps I'll grab a coffee then try again.
When I go into my messages all I get is a blank screen with 'new tab'.
Are you sure you are using the right password?
Make sure youare using the right case
Have you tried turning your computer off and on again?
You are not alone - this happens to me as well so I can't read the 'important' new payment plan message!
I used the contact form to tell them so, but have not received the automated response 'we will get back to you shortly' reply, so maybe the whole contact system is going the usual EDF way
