Morning All
Hope you are all ok, I'm just catching up from last night.
I am trying to keep smiling this morning as I woke up crying my eyes out today!I dreamt that my Grandad had come back to life and he was really angry at what my Aunty was doing to the family. He called me up to come over to his house and was showing me where he'd hidden things in places no one would ever find. Everyone turned up at the house and he told my Aunty he wasn't happy with her. Loads of other stuff happened in between, and then I said to my Grandad, anyway, where's my kiss and cuddle and he said "Come here Preshka, you know I love you so much" so I ran up to him and gave him a big cuddle and a kiss, I was crying in my dream as I was so happy, that's when I woke up, actually crying!
Recently I've been happy to dream of my Grandad and I've taken comfort in it, I think this time it's just because it all felt so real it's made me a little sad.
Anyway, enough rabbiting on, must keep smiling
Off to the nurse later and then horse riding, hope you all have a great day!
:grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:
You got me blubbing, can remember doing the same after my dad died. I think it is the realness of the dreams that do it. It was years ago and can only remember waving to my dad in my dream now. But I must admit I do remember after having that particular dream I did not seem to get quite as upset about things after, almost as if I had let a lot of grief flood out.
Keep smiling hun remember the good times. :A xxx0 -

In turning your pockets out and emptying all your bags out onto the customer service desk, all you did was draw more attention to yourself. I understand you must have been distressed and confused, which is why you took the actions you did, but you really do have to remain calm, focussed and look them in the eye and smile if you have to. That's all.
Remember, you are doing nothing wrong. They are in the wrong. Believe in yourself, stand your ground, or just don't bother. Because you will only give yourself a hernia if you carry on like this. Big hugs anyway.
I do agree with this but I think it must have been a big shock to be operating 'within' the law and to be treated like this. I think for honest people, being accused of fraud and theft (and I don't think glitching falls in to that) is a hugely embarrassing and shocking experience. It can make people OTT wanting to 'prove' their innocence, when really, she shouldn't have been put in that position in the first place.
Asda are clearly sending mixed messages to their staff regarding the APG's that people are legitimately using. Rather than huddling staff and talking about fraud, photoshop and theft, I think Asda need to need to take it on the chin and use it as an opportunity to fix a system that is riddled with holes. The messages going down the chain of command are clearly causing shop floor staff to put the customer in a very difficult and embarrassing position when doing something that Asda encourage.
Anyhoo, rant over. I have a £12 APG and now I am dreading using it. WIsh I had read about trouting prior to getting involved - I would have ensured it was an APG under £10 cos I just don't need the hassle of the kind of treatment Dee suffered.
Also, sorry for the ramble, isn't the kind of treatment Dee suffered a mix of defamation, assault etc? Aren't there laws ahgainst this kind of treatment against 'underdogs'I'll have some cheese please, bob.0 -

the small bottles are about £1 -£1.33 here to compensate for us not able to buy them as 4 for £5 etc. some of the full size wine is often £3.33, again because we can't get 3 for £10, silly laws that the supermarkets manage to work around by pricing individually lower, not complaining mind:DThere is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
