    Forgot to mention this!

The other day I was in tescos getting some nutri grains and a couple of other bits. I had the vouchers ready in my hand with my little book that I transfer bits and bobs to when Im on here (which lynx etc) and this is how it went

    SA are you buying that?
ME What? Oh this? Its my book, I mean shopping list
SA well it looks quite new, has it been written in?
ME Yes, its where I write my lists
SA that looks like a tesco note book
    ME well its from sainsburys

(I show her the barcode label on the back that has sainsburys written on)
Then she has the cheek to try and take the notebook off me to check it has got writing inside, thank goodness she didnt see much!

I have pages of 'asdavtesco' and asdavwaitrose' at the top of the pages!

And to think I was just worried about whether she would allow me to buy three nutrigrains for free!!

And boy did she scrutinise my MOCs!! She knew there was something fishy going on, just didnt know what!!:rotfl:

You have my sympathy. My tooth broke and sharp ragged fillings are scratching the inside of my cheek. Misery! :(
Don't you have a rasp file in the garage?? :D:D:D

I'm a pretty MSE kind of a guy but even I'd find that too penny-pinching. I'll wait till a qualified dentist can see me. Or wait a minute do Tesco's have a dentist department- clubcard points vouchers.:rotfl:

lol you beat me to it! I agree. And for anyone ordering online, bear in mind they use the dreaded Hermes for delivery. I did it once had 2 x 6 boxes and the guy dropped one getting it out of the van and broke 2 bottles. I had an absolute nightmare getting my money back! Tosco said to go to Hermes who were no help whatsoever and told me to go back to Tosco....in the end the best I could get was a refunded delivery charge from Tosco.

I have no idea why they don't just use their own delivery service

I had something similar happen to me a while back. I always have my bag on me from Uni work. Anywho I had left a banana in it to eat for lunch. I used the self checkout and placed my bag on the scales for the SA to allow it and they believed I had stolen the banana :eek::o I told the guy it was my banana I had paid for and if he checked CCTV I hadn't been near the damn bananas aisle today. (got annoyed:o don't like being accused of theft) I did say of all the things to steal, a banana! seriously it's like 10p. He finally walked away to help another customer.
