Both of mine worked from last night and I hadn't put the receipt details in before today.

No both of mine from yesterday lunchtime compared as N/A against Waitrose. So total shop of zero pence compared to zero pence! As far as I'm concerned my didn't compare so I think the problem has been resolved.

Mega trouted last night, wasn't allowed to use my apg, in fact the night manager 'confiscated' my apg voucher and receipt (for £11 odd) and phoned me this morning to tell me they were keeping it and that head office are looking into it.

Presently very cross and £11 down as well!

How many shops have you done in this store? Have you used the same store for every voucher redeemed?

Not sure its the same but the bank holiday weekend when we all got the pizza / ben & jerrys from tesco all the price checks came back with NA to them.

So glad I printed off my apg's last might - would have ben kicking myself even more than I was coz I had mucked up on one or two:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Does anyone think it would be best for peeps to hold back from printing atm to see what happens - just in case:cool::cool:

My shops done at 10pm yesterday evening have compared. I've got a voucher capped at £15 and one at £13.76. I entered the receipt details in for the first time today. This is really odd.

I had a lump in my throat reading some of the crosses Another one for your list is the Churchill War Rooms (about a 15 minute walk from the memorial) We have a indirect family link to it so was about time i paid a visit. Again very interesting and well worth doing. Hope alls ok with you.

My shop was 6.58pm yesterday evening, and was cereal and cleaning against Waitrose. However, I did enter it last night and didn't print off til today, but everything compared fine.

Not done a shop today as didn't have my voucher, so went to tesco instead and got some of the ariel liquid using the coupons from the latest mag and car coupons.

RIP APG - it's been fun (but exhausting) perhaps I can resume my life now (until the next glitch at least!!)

My results are due back from this morning and I'm just getting error message when I enter receipt, says check back later. Hth x
