It could be they are still having problems with MSM matching products on new shops

If it's still showing as N/A and we all know MSM have the product then perhaps it will be worth contacting Sada HQ but for now would suggest holding fire on "new" shops for awhile.

Probably better to try a few wombles and see if anything is matching on shops done today or SINCE the new version is up.

IF it is not picking up anything then this will be a major PR disaster for Sada.

Is it only shops done today that are not working?

Both of mine worked from last night and I hadn't put the receipt details in before today.

Just one thought, could the N/As today be due to price/offer change over day on MSM?
