registering free o2 sim cards

hi..

i need to register some o2 free sims and normally use the 21500 number to register through text but for some reason it aint working..

can anyone confirm i've got the correct number..

i know i can use the website to do it but would prefer text..

the instructions say text on 21500 so it hasnt changed.

Ive registered both online and by phoneing and the last 5 cards theyve accepted my details - said £1 free credit within 48hrs - and then zilch. Dont know what Im doing wrong.

if you've registered and don't get the free credit you can send them a support email and they'll credit you..
