I'll add my name to the list of people waiting, was supposed to get paid in Jan, got an email apologising and saying they were having problems and would be paid soon, that was in Feb and they haven't replied to any mails since then!!

    Same with me, iwannabeonthebeach.

I used to get frequent surveys from them for 40p and they were really quick and different to normal surveys.

Since they have changed to this next button thing i have not had any surveys and dont like this next button where you only get 5p.

Maybe ill update my profile pages...

I've been waiting since the beginning of January too. I've emailed but they don't answer. Samarnesen, how did you contact Natalie ?

It took me about 2 years as well to get to the £25 needed to redeem. I made a redemption request on 12th February and I received confirmation email stating the money would be in my account within 21 days. After waiting 21 days I never received a payment. I emailed them twice before getting a reply from Natalie on 12th March saying payment would be made in a couple of days. Again no payment so I sent another email and got a reply from Natalie again stating that the money had been deposited to my bank on 14th March and she had credited my account with £1 for the inconvenience. Needless to say again no payment was made. I sent yet another email and got a reply from Natalie saying they had been having delays processibg UK payments and my payment would be made on 28th March. Finally the payment went into my account on 29th March!

Other than the 5p a day (which sometimes doesn't come up every day) I have only had one survey whixh was for 20p. Pureprofile are certainly not one of the best survey sites around!
  • Hi, after reading the above comments I decided to e-mail Pureprofile, here is the reply I received this morning:

Thank you for your E-mail, please note I have written back to your previous
E_mail so you should have received this in your inbox.

In regards to the forum site you have attached a link to, I can tell you that
since our revamp to our new site we have had a few teething problems and we
have just installed a new payment software system, which unfortunately until
this is up and running properly we are having to make redemptions manually
    from our end.

These people are getting paid and E-mail communications are being sent out
    daily to individuals.

    Kind regards,
    Kim

I still haven't received a reply to the e-mail I sent you a few days ago,
    > regarding the survey I was unable to complete. Also, I am a little worried

A complete waste of time . It takes long enough to earn £25 and then they dont pay . I asked for payment on 2nd Feb , received acknowledgement for payment to be made 21 days later and nothing since. They have not even answered any of my emails .
