Norfolk Parking Enforcement

Been looking at some PPC websites on their updates after today, this is the worse one so far. Please feel free to report them to the DVLA, I have just done so
Unlike previous methods of enforcement, the registered keeper of the vehicle (not the driver) is responsible for paying the Parking Charge Notice. Parking Enforcement providers who are BPA members will also have the ability to link with the DVLA to retrieve the Registered Keeper details should a Parking Charge Notice not be paid within a specific period of time.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

That is shocking.
Just a reminder of the DVLA email for complaints:

I'm running through a letter chain with these at the moment. Should I upload them all once done, or as they come through one by one?0

Do them one at a time as we can point people to it so they can see the threatograms if you don't mind, just scrub personal details from the letter, if you have the fake ticket that would be great. I've just been ticketed by this bunch, in spite of having a valid permit for Epic Studios. The area I normally park in was full, so I pulled into the next bay - they're saying this is reserved for another company but the only reference to this is an ancient sign saying I'llI'll be clamped and ave to pay £10 to release - and a generic NPE sign on the wall - no different from the one in the area I parked in before.
Should I ignore or appeal?0
