Virgin Media WIFI...

In the summer everyone had access to WiFi on the underground in London.
I am not sure how I can get access again to WiFi. I am Virgin Media customer, but the steps seem over my head (the email they sent). Can someone please explain getting access again.
In the phone I have WiFi networks on Virgin Media WiFi, but it no longer contacts me.
Is there anything I need to enter in Virgin Media online account, or something?
Do I need to delete the network from my phone and search again?
Puzzled!
Thanks

I am not a VM customer but I still managed to get access this morning. Turn on your wifi and connect to the Virgin Media WiFI, once connected open up your browser and it should direct you to the VM splashscreen. After this has appeared you are then able to use the wifi.
But as banger9365 mentioned make sure the station you are in has wifi enabled.0
