My boss is putting my job at risk.

Please, please, please, read what I wrote in the OP before replying. Please.
I did read what you said. You called your bosses obnoxious nazis, said you took no pride in your work and said they'd extended your probation for poor performance.
As a random person on the internet, without all the fact at hand, you can draw two conclusions.
1) That you're hard done by, that the bosses really aren't listening when you say about needing more staff.
2) That there are good reasons the bosses have extended your probation and they're probably quite normal human beings.
Now, if you'd have posted sensibly in your OP, I may have considered the first option, but the way you speak about your superiors in your opening post really suggests it's the second one to me. Might be wrong of course, who knows...if you're really bothered by what people on here think, try not throwing around words like "nazi" when you're trying to get sympathy in future.0 -
My boss (line manager) is putting my job at risk. It takes two or more people to complete the scheduled work per shift. There is usually a girl with me, but she is off with a bad back.
The middle management bosses are obnoxious bullies meticulous on cleanliness and if they see a single piece of paper on the floor they will come to however is working and question it.
This happened to me some days ago and now I have been punished for it, with a review and an extension on my probabation period for an extra three months. No work contract with a threat of termination if "I don't improve".
So I'm still working on my own and some time this week the middle management megalomaniacs will come for a visit. I can't bare for those Nazis to talk to me again. I'm sure to say something untowards.
What can I do? My boss doesn't listen to me; to any of my work colleagues who do the night shift. The HR department are uninterested. I am with no union.
I know. I know. Get another job, I hear you say. I'm doing that already but I've sent dozens of CVs off and nothing.
And what exactly is the advice you are asking for, considering the bosses find you wanting and your HR department are happy for them to manage you in the way they see fit?
You already understand you need to find another job.

Not spot on! There is no paralle. Cleaning an entire factory full of gym equipment whilst more than 1000 customers each day and each night use it, is not the same as cleaning your office.
The job cannot be done by one person.
We have a large (17,500 sq.ft) complex that sees in excess of 50 people most days. The PR/Events office is never that tidy, but on a £3m fitout, it's certainly not the type of building I'd have anything less than immaculate!
We have one cleaner, too.
