halifax or go elsewhere

i need mobile insurance asap for a contract mobile for a s3 galaxy

that covers loss etc

i seen a few bad reviews about halifax

so have they improved if not where else is better to go for

am i best going o2 store and get insurance

What did the bad review say? I have one of my phones insured via them. (was the iphone at first but moved that to barclays purely for a lower excess)

they paid out with a new iphone within a week just cost me £100 for the pleasure
