Talk Talk Scam With Bill

I am writing here to try and get some advice.

I started a contract with talk talk and i was getting internet speed problems and phone line drooping issues . I was getting 1mb download speed when i was advised that i was gonna get 11mb. And when it tried to go over 1mb download speed the line would drop out. Some times id get 1.1mb download speed and i wouldn't be able to use the phone till the file downloaded. I contacted talk talk and was told i was getting 9mb down the line so they could not do anything. I was reporting the fault at least 3 times a week but was being told they could do nothing. The first bill then came out at 150 pound ( when i was told i should be paying 25 pound) I looked at the bill and noticed there was loads of mobile numbers on the bill. So we again phoned talk talk and told them to investigate the bill because we did not make the phone calls to the mobiles. They told us that the calls was valid so we would have to pay the 150 pound. We then paid it even tho at this point the line was still doping out. So then i thought id catch them out and unplug the phone and keep the phone with me 24.7. So the second month there was no phone plugged in for the whole month and then i received another bill for the second month for 140 pound. again with mobile phone calls even tho the phone was unplugged for the whole month.. I toke a look at the both bills and had the same mobile numbers and same duration and the same time of calls. So the calls was being made the same time has the last month and the same duration on the call. ( looked like a clone bill )
We kept telling talk talk to infestergate and to fix the phone line problems but they wouldn't. So me and my partner was gonna go on holiday so i ran up and told talk talk to put a bar on my phone ( To try and see about the mobile calls ) They told me they would put a bar on my line has i requested it and there would not be any charge for that month and just to ring back in to take the bar off. I went on holiday came back and rang talk talk and was informed they added a bar to the account because of non payment i then played back the conf i had with them showing i put the bar on the phone.They told me that the bar will not be removed in till i pay 35 pound even tho i was told there would be no charge for the month.My son then stopped breathing that evening and tried to ring 999 and was put thought to talk talk. I kept trying to ring 999 but kept being put thought to talk talk fiance team.So i had to run 5 miles with my son in my arms down the hospital because we don;t have any mobile or transport. I then came home a few days later with my son and phone talked talk then then told me that i should of been able to ring 999 even with the bar on my phone i explained i couldn't they then looked into it and then added 66 pound to my account credit for all the hassle (Maybe compensation money ?? )

Me and my partner then kept paying bills from 50 pound to 150 a month and kept telling talk talk that the phone line keeps drooping and that the internet speed drops the phone line out i was told for 12 months they was looking into it. After the 12 months of hell the contracted ended and we moved to sky. And all the problems went we was getting the 11 mb and the phone line never drooped out once. We was then contacted by talk talk and was told that they was very sorry and because we had so many problem with them they could give us half price on all phone calls and phone line and broadband for the whole 12 months. So we then moved back to talk talk and was told that the telephone conversation never happened even tho i recorded it. So now im paying the full amount again the phone line is still drooping out and the itnernet speed is still droping the phone line out. When it gets up to 1.1mb the phone line drops out and no calls can be made or received intill the file is download. The download speed never goes above 1.1mb when im downloading at 1mb everything is fine but has soon has it hits 1.1mb then line drops... I have now needed to add a mobile boost to my account so that these false mobile calls are covered...


What can i do ?? Talk talk say that they would have to send some one out and i would have to pay 150 pound. When i moved to a new provider all the problems went with the same phone line and same everything... They are now thinking about giving me a free disconnection fee....

Could i take legal action over what happened with my son and with the bills ?
