Ok lets try for the 3rd time. Why is it beyond your comprehension to understand house prices are overvalued?

That's your opinion! Can you please stop presenting that as fact.

I'm going to ignore the "VI" dig as that's just ridiculous, seeing as you have one too.
  • does anyone know whether there might be new tax breaks for stamp duty on first time buyers or for near passive eco houses?

He then went on to suggest that labour will be left with an economy that the coalition have ruined and will be left with a recession, hence they can't do what they want to do....however, it's fine for him to then turn around and lambast the coalition for not doing what they wanted to do.

    Labour really need a change.

If the stakes weren't so high, I'd find that funny instead, it actually just makes me angry.

Labour are busy promising that there are easy solutions to the message we're in and it seems the electorate is lapping it up.

The only way for this to be disproved is for labour to win the next election and fail dismally.

France was going to be the counterfactual but I. less than 6 months the socialists have had to bow to the markets and make major uturns. it may be true that there is no alternative.
    I think....

And that's why I will be voting labour. I think.

Appears they may campaign on rental regulations. If that's the case I'll definately vote for them....knowing full well they won't do it. But at least it's in the spotlight.

Voting seems to be turning very cynical, as seen in the Corby by-election and so many others. If you can't beat em, join em.

It remains to be seen if France has done enough. The game ain't over there yet, not by a long shot.

Don't think I could ever bring myself to vote labour after seeing how they behave - issue like petulant school kids. As much as I am disappointed by the conservatives that won't make me vote for the likes of balls and miliband.

i've got no idea who i'm going to vote for next time. i normally vote tory, but this government has been an absolute shower so it will be difficult to do that again (plus zac goldsmith is my local MP and he is a tool). i couldn't possibly vote for labour as i think i would be physically sick on the ballot paper immediately after voting as i realised that, yes, i had just cast a vote for milliband/balls.

so after that it's all a bit pointless. i'm not voting for those UKIP loons, and the lib dems are cretins. might as well not bother.

My vote would be an immature, tactical vote, hoping they get in so that I can sing "burn baby burn".

The perpetual yo-yo in politics is boring. I reckon if labour did get a term, at possibly the worst possible time (though I thought the coalition got that time!), then it could see them consigned to the basement for a while. And that would suit me, hence, I'll give them my vote, as hard as it would be to do so. The other option is I would vote UKIP, but theres a real danger there that so many others would be doing the same. I'm not sure they are a party to run something....good as a party to knock the others down though.

Just listening to the corby winning speech yesterday irritated me. Win with grace for pities sake....but no.....straight into attack after attack. However, their supporters seem to lap it up. I can honestly say I've never seen a tory incoming MP go with a speech with constant attack on the opposition, even though they have just beaten them. A jibe, yes.

One things for sure, if Labour did get in, Chucka Ummuna would have a shift in cabinet within seconds due to the completely stupid things he's said in opposition. Probably put him in climate change or something, something where he can't be tripped up on what he previously stated....which will be dissapointing. He's nearly as bad as balls.

i doubt it. "britain's obama" is a "rising star" and would probably be made home secretary.

That's labour for you. They are poison. However, we've learnt from the US election that negative campaigns work.
