No I read your post, in both your posts you seemed to advocate leaving out things you know at time of listing. Sounds like you had done something wrong if you'd listed a faulty item and described all the faults and then had to refund for it being faulty.

I read their post as saying that they had listed something which they described as faulty, then the buyer complained because it was...faulty.

I would've hoped that eBay would take a more common sense approach!

I think you need to be honest and say the part is missing but doesn't affect the fridge at all - the last thing you want is for the person to give you negative feedback and ask for a refund!!
