Really annoyed. Someone has moved DD's reading bag and DS3's rucksack. I have run around like a lunatic looking in every conceivable place for them. I have DD's lunchbox so I know they have been in the house. How do things disappear? I am so frustrated. I have so much to do and I'm looking for 2 things that appear to have vanished.

Mumto5.. it was the same in here today DS3 moved DD3's bag when he was in a flounce last night so we had drama this morning.

My dishwasher is smelly... I'll whizz that through a clean cycle when I get the pans out.. after my cuppa!

Dot is being forced to practise her big girl standy ups and Squeak is being forced to at least try the potty.. she is far too big for nappies she wee's straight out of the darn things and is going through 3 or 4 sets of clothes a day anyway so how much worse can potty training be?

    Debt-free and Proud!
I bought some (expensive) tickets for DH, myself and a friend and couldn't find them to put them on the board today. After an hour of panicking I finally checked the bin bag and found them at the bottom. They're fine as they were in a protective envelope but I feel ill, I'd just emptied the vacuum into it  Why am I such a ditz? :rotfl:

Strange week for me. The rooms that are coming up are the ones I'm working in anyway, or did the day before. I'm on the 'spring clean my office' jag this week because someone is using the futon in here next weeks for one or two nights and she'd be wheezing within a minute or two with all the dust. The shelves are taking forever but I have realised in amongst all the gibble is a huge pile of stuff I can Ebay, so I'm writing up the lists as I go. I may be sometime.

On a laundry note, the Met Office (I could shout and the'd practically hear they're so close) have got it completely wrong for the fourth day in a row. I've just chucked a load of laundry on and out on the basis that if they say it's raining now (and it's not), but it should be dry later - then it will rain later. I loathe using the TD and I had to yesterday for 15 mintues and that upset me. Quite a bit.

Ionafan I think your Georgian house is absolutely beautiful.
    Better is good enough.

PS I am very rude, and didn't thank JulieJim for the lists. Just by chance I was going to freshen up the bathroom tomorrow.

SpiritofTheSouthWest, my little girlie cat, my avatar, who died in March, LOVED pork!! She would M-E-O-W at the top of her little voice if I cooked pork chops or a joint. She was scared of men, but would walk right up to my OH if he had some and screech at him too! She was so funny and I miss her so - I hope yours is such a sweetie. X

One of mine is obsessed by turkey, especially if it is raw

Still got nowhere other than laundy. Going to turn off and do HH paperwork before taking DS2s PE to school.
