UKCPS website

Just busy dodging a ticket just want some advice. Been looking at UKCPS website and come across this selection of examples that they have posted on their website.

http://ukcps.net/court.php

They mention that these are cases that they have taken to court and won???
Could one of you all knowing posters explain a bit more about how many they taken to court etc??
thanks

No mention as to whether or not the cases were won by default because the defendant didn't turn up of course.

But are they real cases that were lost by people that got the fake pcn`s. i just trying to find out more about the disabled driver at exeter. i am not familiar with court paperwork etc.
http://ukcps.net/court/oxenham.pdf this is the link to the exeter disabled mans case. did that mean that he had to pay up the sum of money that was impposed by exeter combined court.
i got a ticket from them the other day. just wondering if i will be added to their list winning cases?

  • Won by default means the defendant didn't turn up to court so by default the claimant was successful.
As for the examples, I'd be very surprised if they weren't all won by default or if they are just talking absolute !!!!!!!! because not one of them pdf files can be downloaded to my pc so I can't see em, they just hang. Which is not surprising coz the bag of crap website looks like it was designed by a 5 year old using MS frontpage in 1994.

ok so i am looking on some legal type websites and i think i understand a bit better. the general form of judgment or order, is a ccj where the defendent failed to turn up. Just curious now as why they wont take me to court when i ignore the threat letters etc for being 5 minutes over the alloted parking time. i did buy produce from the retail shops and did leave site to get hair cut.
Just cant see whats stopping them from taking my case all way as i am not paying the ticket. the carpark wasnt full at all. I do lots of shopping there.
they all look like gen article from what i have seen on the legal sites.

The disabled one in Devon I believe was appealed and won by the driver, we asked Peter Haswell the office lackey to take it down as it was a default judgement as the poor guy was house bound at that time.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Was that the one where the disabled man couldn't attend as he was ill in hospital?

Or the people didn't receive the court papers, ie sent to an old address.

Hasbeen likes to chance court if he gets a letter back from a household saying "no longer here".

As already posted in another thread by someone else, the website currently states:

"By parking on land, we patrol, drivers (and, under the proposed new Freedom Bill, the Registered Keeper) enter into a contract as indicated on our signs"

If they can state a blatant lie like that I wouldn't believe anything else on their website.
