Go into your paypal account and click on "resolution centre" at the top and file a claim

In response to an earlier poster, the buyer used paypal and they give refunds up to a certain amount. As paypal are a part of ebay that is how they give refunds , but only if you have used paypal. As to their reliability, I can only speak from personal experience and I have had no bother.

Just to point out that it is paypal and not ebay therefore that give out the refund (ie, go through paypal to resolve not ebay). Also, although in this case the buyer has not received the item, paypal will only pay out for non-delivery unless the seller has paypal buyer protection (in which case the buyer is covered up to £500 for items not as described as well as those not received).
