I won an item on ebay on the 20th of March and still have not recieved it. I have had no contact from the seller. How long should i wait before leaving negative feedback?

How did you pay for the item and when? If by cheque you'd need to allow time for it to arrive, then banked and cleared.
If by paypal/nochex, then I personally would contact the seller asking when he intends or intends to send the item.0 -
I payed by paypal the same day i won it. The annoying thing is that it says that they don't want to be contacted by email, and that the prefered form of contact is by telephone.0

Thats odd for sure, unless they don't use the 'net much. Check his listings/feedback history to check for recent activity, you might be able to gauge things better.
I'd be tempted to fire off an email, then wait a couple of days to see if you get a response.0 -
Before leaving negative feedback contact ebay and tell them what happened. This is what they advise you to do.It can take ebay up to thirty days to deal with these problems but at the end of it you will receive a full refund. And there will be no risk of receiving negative feedback from the seller.0

As you paid by paypal you have one sure way of getting their attention, start a paypal chargeback now for non receipt.
The seller then has to either send the item and prove delivery or paypal will put a hold on his paypal account until such time as there is a sufficient money to reimburse you.
Don't worry about the negative yet, you still have plenty of time, the chargeback is the best idea as it will make something happen!

Full refunds??
30 days??
Lets try partial refund 6 months later after you have sent all your details off to Germany. They have a fax line which never works and you then have to post the stuff with international signed for to avoid it must have got lost in the post response.
Call your seller now and find out what is going on!!
EBay goes totally wrong when people don't use common sense and contact the other party. As I have ranted on here on numerous occasions it is all about Contact and communication.
Do not leave a negative until all hope as gone, there is no incentive then to sort it out and much bigger incentive to do a runner!!0 -
Id leave it at least a month before I started getting worried. As others have said, ring the guy up and ask when you can expect shipment of it. Some people only check their internet once a week, and maybe he`s on holiday even? or ill?0

dont leave it any longer..... start a paypal payment chargeback today..... because after 30 days from the payment being made.... the option is no longer available to you.....
you can always cancel the chargeback/dispute latersmile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....
