Well done phoenix_dragon.
As I'd expected,there was no change in my weight this morning.Still 74.6kgs.
I am managing to do my 10 000 steps a day more or less.I've decided not to put the counter on the pedometre back to zero at the end of each day,but at the end of the week so that my ultimate goal is 70 000 steps a week.It's quite motivating to try and reach this high figure.:)
For today and yesterday I've done 24 730 steps.0 -
Well I knew that going away for our wedding anniversary was a bad move...4.5lbs gained:eek:
That was my Thursday wi, I did a sneaky peak this morning and have dropped a pound of it since then, so hoping by next Thursday wi things will be a bit more respectable0 -

Well done everyone who's losing the pounds!
The food diary is helping,though I'm dreading my weigh in now,as I've had a few chocolate lapses.I'm not quite sure what brings these about.
I'm wondering if I might be better off just not having any chocolate in the house.I always manage to convince myself that I'll be reasonable,and am for a while,then it all goes to pot.:mad:0 -
Dragon, yes please, put me officially as 4.5lbs on, and my next official will be on Thursday.
And the holiday was worth it, some very delicious meals out, and alcohol which I usually don't drink 0 -

Hapy again...have somehow managed to lose 5lbs this week!!!! Didn't trust scales so got the Wii out to check but that's my holiday gain knocked back 0
