I joined in September but didn't manage to lose anything...Then was away on holiday for two weeks.Anyway I'm back now and hoping to be able to shift a kilo or three before winter really sets in.
My start weight is 74.6 kgs.I'll weigh myself every Tuesday and report in.
Thanks.0 -

Thanks.I had a lovely holiday.
I'm going to start a food diary tomorrow as I'm a dreadful comfort eater and am getting nowhere fast.:mad:Also some 'behaviour modification' techniques that have helped me in the past ie planning when I'm going to eat and sticking to it.
Wish me luck!0 -
