    Count me in I need a push, with winter coming on all I want to do is snuggle under a blanket and eat junk foot. Sw is 136
    Needing to lose weight start date 26 December 2011 current loss 60 pound Down. Lots more to go to get into my size 6 jeans

    Thanks did an hour on the UFC trainer on the xbox instead of the junk food

    I've changed wi day to a Thursday and was well chuffed with a 1.5lb deficit considering that's in just 4 days :)

    Pleased to report a 1.6lb weight loss this mornin.

    Off to walk the dog as its my day off, burn some more calories hopefully.
