Wow, updating my signature I've just realised that I've now reduced my overall stash by 100 items! Still some way to go but very pleased with that and just goes to show this challenge definitely works! :j:j:j

Emsjune, it's awful when tragedy strikes so close to home. My heart goes out to your community.
I'm from Cardiff originally and grew up not too far from the location of Friday's hit and run murder/attempted murders there. My sister's best friend daughter knew the girl who died well, and the friend herself was caught up in the aftermath.
Her daughter drove round back streets to fetch her Mum from near the scene, as people were advised to get off the streets of Ely as fast as possible. Sis's pal had to get off the bus she was travelling on a few hundred yards from the fire station where the fatality occurred. Nobody knew what was happening, then the word got round by mobiles and Facebook that the streets weren't safe. Terrifying.

On topic... a UU One that makes me sad, the Aldi Lacura Hydro Urea foot cream that's only ever available on specials. WIBA? I prefer this to any other foot cream I've used, but I only bought 2 bottles last time! Now have a Avon Footworks Berry & Vanilla to try.

Can't remember if I reported using up the OS Strawberry Shower Gel but that's UU (WIBA? Yes, for summer, it's not a winter scent) and I'm on to the Palmolive Naturals Delicate Care Almond Shower Milk that was 50p (!) in Wilko's the other week. Much, much, much nicer than I expected. Lashings of lovely moisturising lather.
Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.
  • Hi Everyone

Yes there are some awful things on the news at the moment, very sorry for all affected.

I had one UU, some simple night cream that had been hanging around for a while & was starting to smell slightly funny, so very glad to finish it.

Also had quite a few INS but quite a low total expenditure as I thought I'd try some basic ranges & see how I go.
    Boots Evening Primrose Moisturiser £2.85
Boots Fruit essence conditioner (under £1.50)
Umberto Gianninini Serum reduced to £2.50

I also bought 3 travel size items (bit of a false economy as it is probably much cheaper to decant into bottles) but my excuse is they were on 3 for 2. One of which was Sanctuary Illuminating moisturiser SPF 15 which I am looking forward to trying.

Hope everyone is having a good week.

    Finally used up something!

Body Shop lemon body wash 60 mls. Liked it and drops hints that it would be nice to get for Christmas.

Clinique foaming face cleanser 30mls. That tube lasted forever. Two more in the stash. Stings the eyes.

A few tubs of skin cream/butter nearly there and a bottle of toner that has been never ending...

Quick post, will catch up on thread later

Not wishing to be an enabler, but in the spirit of:money:
QVC are offering 226 851 3 pack of Seche Vite for £18.75 + £3.95 p&p. For anyone who paints their nails regularly this is a great product and a very good price, possibly ideal for including in hamper gifts for Christmas pressies.

V05 conditinor everyday hair }need some thing totide me over untill my avon order arrives and they were on offer at £1 per bottle for the small ones :)

Evening all, no more UUs or INs but I did go for a walk around B**ts at lunch time, not too impressed with their Christmas range, very samey, except it's gone up in price
