Offering advice in old threads

Just want to make a suggestion about offering advice in the older threads, confusion is obviously going to occur with RK liability and Popla in the mix. It's probably best to ask people to post a new thread with something like below.
Due to changes brought in by the Protection of Freedoms Act, the advice in this thread is now probably out of date for parking issues received from the 1st October 2012. We would still like to offer up to date advice, can you please create a new thread in the parking forum below, even if the issue is prior to the above date.

Many thanks

Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
