Ooooh Fairclicks did you use the template from on here? I need to do that, I am too in financial hardship and if they give the money back then I will be able to clear a good chunk of my overdraft or a C.Card which would be spiffing!
I couldn't find a template so i just used all the criteria for financial hardship - happy to send you a copy of the letter if you wantxx

Hi fairyclicks I tried to do this a year ago after filling in there hardship templates and they refused on the grounds that I was repaying my minimum balances and had not negotiated lower repayments:mad: I gave up but will dust off the paperwork and retry if you can send some advice my way:D
Was that for credit cards and loans etc? Yes for them you have to miss at least one payment then phone and say you can't make the min repayment amount and make an agreement with them to pay a reduced amount - they will argue you are not in financial hardship if you are managing to meet your min payment obligations.
Just for clarity i am asking for a refund of bank charges for having DD refused and going OD which is completely different to credit card interest or ppi payments (which i have also successfully claimed back and happy to help with if i can)Debt at Aug 2010 (LBM) £21,908.86, Debt Freeeeee Date 4th Nov 2013 :j:j:j Massive Thanks to the £10 per day thread :A Next goals:Savings £1203.16/£10,000******Mortgage to Zero: £52,579.46 to go

Well, sold another DVD on ebay only for a pound this time but hey less stuff in my house and a few pennies in the paypal account... win win. Will add it once the moneys been received and I've posted it.
Ordered another couple of £5 vouchers from swagbucks.... was going to save them for a 2nd £25 voucher this month but I'm too impatient.
Is anyone else signed up for adpoints from nectar? If not it's worth it, up to an extra 250 nectar points a week and it's really quick. Takes about 10 minutes for 100 points. That's an extra £5 worth of nectar points a month.

Can anyone tell me which is the best way to sell on facebook. Is it better to have a 'selling page' or a selling group'?
Atm I have a selling page but to advertise it I have added other selling pages as 'friends' . Ideally I would like to keep my main facebook information separate from the selling but not sure how to do it.Weight loss 0/2st
