Caravan Holiday In March?

Take strong boots and a big jacket and get out into it . You will love it. (& a big thick duvet) I own a lodge or two on a country holiday park in Snowdonia. North Wales. Opens March 1st . It is cold sometimes very cold with nothing on site open until Easter week ?? 2 miles to a large town 10 minutes walk to the local pub(no food in march) good ale.log fire etc.

We love Lydstep in Tenby. It closes Jan 7th and re-opens March 1st which includes all the facilities like the clubhouse and swimming pool. You will get a great deal this time of year and it will be quiet...win win. Book a van with central heating though. Plenty available here www.lydstepcaravanhire.co.uk

To be fair you should really say you are a homeowner at Lydstep Beach and have a interest in this website . I also love Tenby and a fresh walk along the beach fom saundersfoot to wisemans bridge and back blows off the cobwebs. Some great places to stay around .

hi looking at some parks you have to note that they may say site open 1 march to end of November.
But may things on the park may not start properly until there remt / sublet dates for the park start which could be 15th march to just after halloween. either side of these dates there may not be any night entertainment or the main buildings may not open, site shop may have shorter times. and if have a pool it may not open at all.

My complaint here is that if you pay for a 40 wk season you should get pool open and buildings open the whole 40 weeks if your losing 2 weeks at beginning and upto 4 weeks at end then your site fees are paying for a 34 week season.

Dont know where your looking but they often cover their !!!! in the contract and dont include things like pool clubhouse shop hairdressers gym takeaway as part of your fees but the basic facilitys of street lighting water bins being emptied security reception etc Ive tried to question this at a few place ive stayed off season
