Conference Calling - Please HELP!
Anyone knows if it is possible to make multiple calls from the same handset (conference calls) from either O2 or T-Mobile? I have tried the usual trick of putting the 1st call on hold and then dialing the 2nd person and then choosing the option to connect both calls, but for some reason it says, request rejected.
Is there something I am missing out or not doing correctly?
I know that group chat functions are available on the respective websites, but that involves calls from three different individuals making outgoing calls. I want to be the one who makes all the outgoing calls and not have the other parties making any outgoing calls.
Any advice on this is much appreciated.

I think it tends to be an option available only on some business contracts, not private ones.
Maybe you could ask your network if they can add it to your account.0 -
with orange they have to activate it on you're account before you can use it. give t mob a ring and get them to activate it for you
It is better to be thought of as an idiot than to open your mouth and remove all doubt0 -

You can't have it on o2, unless you have an iphone.0

if your handset has data capability then download skype on to the handset and then use skype for conference calling. you can conference with upto 24 people for free using skype. any of the persons in the conference can be using a laptop with net connection or land line or mobile in the conference call.
if all others are loggen into their net connections via home computers / laptops using skype then the calls should be free other than data charge for using skype.
if you need to call mobiles or landline then top up your skype account with money and then using skype call landlines or mobiles by adding them into the conference call. i have conferenced a few times like this and it works fine. this can be possible with any phone that allows skype to be used for voice calls.bubblesmoney :hello:0
