  • good afternoon chums back from Greenwich and my history 'walk' It was great fun and saw such a lot ,plus being nice and sunny helped.my sis-in-law and I got a couple of Subways and drinks and sat on Blackheath and we had a picnic. She wanted to buy a big lunch but it was so much nicer just sitting in the autumn sun, don't suppose we will get much more as the nights are really drawing in now.I enjoyed the macmillan coffee morning especially as I won a bottle of plonk in the raffle.
Tonight is sit down with feet up and knitting and catch-up t.v. as I have done quite a bit of walking today so my 'dogs are barking ':):)
probably something light for evening meal so i don't have to stand too long cooking ,perhaps an omelette.
DD will be down for her coffee fix in the morning, supposed to be not a very nice day tomorrow wet 'n'windy.
Have a gooed evening everyone whatever you are doing
    Cheers JackieO xxx

    Ooooh sounds interesting!

Lovely day here, quite chilly but sunny. Had a quick walk by the sea earlier. I met the girls a bit later than normal, so we had afternoon tea instead of lunch :D. I picked up some theatre tickets that I'd bought a while back (Sarah Milican, but not seeing her til Nov 2013!!!) and bought some for Chris Addison in Feb.

Quiet night in for me. Have got nachos for tea, and some sweeties to munch on later.

Yes I'm late again. Yes I've just skimmed through the post. No, I'm not going to bore you at this late stage. I might get a chance tomorrow. We are supposed to be on holiday this week. That's a joke. When you live in a Manse (Vicarage) next door to the church you are sitting ducks. We really can't afford to go away every break we have and it's quite nice having time to potter about at home if only everyone would leave us alone.
Don't I sound miserable? Oh well, with a bit of luck no-one will see it anyway.

Goodnight any owls that are about.
