Am I entitled to any help to stay warm?

Is this available in Northern Ireland? If so, do you have a link to where I can more info because I did try but I was unsuccessful?

Yup - I'll stick-up for this one too.

I stuff-up the trickle vents in the windows and vents in the walls with wet toilet paper, wet cotton wool or strips of fabric and then tape them up while I'm taping up the rest of the windows. Also the old trick of cardboard wrapped in tin foil behind the radiators...visitors think I've lost my mind and am trying to insulate against alien transmissions
