I just want a fresh approach and try out the big players to test their proceedable books.
We don't seem to have an area or place which specialises in our place, as no high street near by, so agency are scattered.
Well if you really want to try one of them, make sure you have every fee explained in detail.
The local Connells has a habit of "forgetting" to tell people about the withdrawal fee payable when they fail to sell the property.

They seem to be fixed fees
Current agency is doing 1%+vat which they can't match
So waiting to hear back what can they do. What are people paying on selling fees with these guys?0 -
In your circumstances would you consider selling through an online agency? If it gets listed on Rightmove what do you have to lose?Gather ye rosebuds while ye may0

Connells and Bairstow Eves are known slightly differently in my area - 'the conning s8ds' and 'b8stard thieves'... they seem to advertise a large amount of repossessions and yet from local gossip it is practically impossible to book a viewing.Emergency savings: 4600
