soakaways - lower sewerage claim

Options
Yorkshire Water
http://www.yorkshirewater.com/your-account/our-charges/surface-water-drainage-charges.aspx
- claim form requires a plan to show how surface water is removed - in my case one soakaway on each corner of the house.....
but Q5 asks who prepared the plan - registered architect....member of Chartered Institute of Building etc and says a professionally drawn [expensive?] plan "must be provided for properties of £1000 rateable value or more"
How do I find out the "rateable value" of my house?

Unless you live in a mansion, your house won't have a Rateable value of over £1,000.

If your house was built after 1990 it will never have been given a RV.

If you have a meter, you will have no way of finding out the RV of your house.

Ignore the question and draw a rough sketch of where you think soakaways are situated.
