Need to write a Letter Before Action to the clampers/landowner demanding a refund within 7 days or you will take legal action.

How far have you got with the C/C, have you gone as high as possible? Have you told them you are going to the regulators (will cost them upwards of £400 just for you to get them involved, free to you)I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

Also, wasn't this what Coupon-Mad said to do in September? You might find the trail is getting colder the longer you leave it. Would definately re-visit Pepipoo too.

If you are going to sue ensure you include the credit card company as well, but don't mess around with it send the letters recorded nowExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0
