Does anyone know how to unlock this phone from the 'Three' network. Everyone I speak to about says that it can't be done. Is this true!!

    It can be done if you contact 3, if it is pay as you go then you will have to pay about £30 which will be added to your sim card to be used as credit,if it is on contract then they wont do it until your contract term has finished.

    it cannot be unlocked by a local shop/market stall, as these phones are DB2020 handsets
