Is this brand still any good? It used to be, but this could just be a Vestel or some other cheap brand.0

Reviews of a larger set. http://reviews.sainsburys.co.uk/2678-en_gb/122608727/reviews.htm
I have a Sony from Sainsbury.... poor sound, sent the first one back.
Might be how these thin tv's are, not enough speaker area.0 -
LCD tv's and Plasma usually do not have great sound. Base is usually a problem. However this is why you can buy surround sound speakers, even modestly priced kits are far better than the tv's standard speakers.
I have just ordered one of these tv's off Sainsburys and will have delivery tomorrow between 7am and 12pm. I will review it tomorrow afternoon for those that are thinking of ordering one.
The specs are great for a tv under £200 so am looking forward to trying it out.0 -
still in stock!! looking forward to your report rich5wolves!!:money:Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0

£199 is a bargain.
Ive had it for a few hours now and tested its 3d capabilities with Avatar and the Avengers. Picture is crisp. 3d is excellent.
The screen measures about 31 inches not 32 but im nit picking.
The sound is not too bad for a unit of its size. I will use an external sound system but its certainly bearable
Whether it is because i have paid £199 for something blatantly worth more or not my overall impressions are great. The side by side 3d im currently using look fantastic.
Im also loving the 2d - 3d mode. Adds depth to normal programmes.
Any questions just ask0 -
Excuse my ignorance but does it get ordinary tv or just for 3d?0

I really want this tv n was just wondering if it was passive or active 3d?0

3d capabilities very good but unfortunately you cannot view 3d images from usb. but is able to connect via hdmi and pc input. Pvr capabilities a bonus via usb also. good crisp colours using standard and hd, sound not that good but no matter as I have 5.1 surround system. would compliment a 3d smart bluray player. can pick up now for under 100 @ amazon to make this a smart WiFi ready system for under 300!! Bargain!!0

Passive, so cheap to buy extra glasses, should be able to use 3d function for dual play also, but not tried as yet.0
