Can anyone tell me if you get itemised billing, and if so, can you opt out of this?

    3 'pay monthly' itemised billing is free. As far as I know you cant opt-out, but as its free you probably wouldn't want to? Call 333 to check.

    You can if you request have only the summary of your bill sent to you by post and have your itemized part on line.. I requested this as I used to manage my vodafone bill all on line and receive nothing in the post.. I thought three would be the same but they don't offer a 'check your unbilled calls and charges' like vodafone. I thought they would of encouraged on line billing to cut costs...:confused:

    Thanks all, i guess this is something i have to phone and ask for after i have the contract and not something i can choose from the outset?

    3's paper billing is extremely wasteful. You can imagine my DD's itemised bill when she is on a tariff of 1000 texts and 300 mins! Pages and pages and pages.....
    "Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.
