    Thanks spoon!

Thanks freeby and thanks for doing the update yesterday.

Wow,there's lots of new faces.Hi to all newbies  and welcome to the wonderful nsd challenge. As long as you remember to praise Igor's cooking (he's highly strung) and forgive Hubert for any little puddles he makes in the corner of your sitting room, then things should go swimmingly.:D

Well I didn't get one today, but have high hopes for tomorrow.:)

puddle you say? I need flood insurance after Hubert's last 'accident':eek:

BDINI - thanks for your iPad input. You're right, it was the 2 my mum was trying out and was perfectly happy with it - certainly didn't comment that the screen res wasn't as crystal clear as the new 3 bells and whistles spec :rotfl:

Popping in to declare NSD #4 as I have been good today. I had to use some of my change left over from last week to buy some eggs but seeing as that is ALL I came out of the shop with I am pretty pleased with myself. Cadbury's must be noticing their profits falling :rotfl:So still on track and the rationing of the pennies is working. Hoping to grab another NSD tomorrow :A

    Good Morning :)

NSD #8 for me yesterday :T

I have updated the front page and we are all doing brilliantly :j There are loads of us and we all seem fairly determined :T those NSD don't stand a chance. :)

Spoony - I have updated the front page with yesterdays NSD so you can leave the update until later and just do it from this point if you want. It'll save you a job, as long as no-one minds :A

    Have a great day :D

And there's me wondering how Igor made that lovely decorated edge to the pastry on the stoat and kidney pie.....

...talking of gourmet treats, I heard of a variation to the deep fried Mars Bar. Apparently you take a square of chocolate (not paving slab size I hasten to add!), wrap it in crunchy peanut butter, dip it in sweet batter then deep fry. Haven't had the courage to try it out yet, and dare not mention it to Igor. After all, when I sneaked a look at his famous shepherds pie recipe, the first line said "Peel two shepherds."
