Got a free lunch volunteering at day centre and my boyfriend is taking me out and paying for tea to make up for not seeing him all next week. Am claiming NSD #1 for yesterday!
Was hoping to have one on Monday but I forgot to go and buy things for my lunch on Sunday so had to buy lunch!!
Next week I WILL be more organised!!
Today was a low spend day, had to put fuel in (which is budgeted for and essential so I don't count it) but was tempted into buying a bag of crisps as my stomach was rumbling!!! Thursday is normally a spend day but I'm going to try my best to make it spend free!!Just keep swimming0 -

Very luckily have a big Sunday market just up the road- I do usually go 1/2s on big sacks of swede (12kg for £4 last year;)) but we were up last Sun & the guy said they're still too expensive for him to buy as they're just new IYKWIM - he's hoping the cost will go down to more normal levels in a few weeks :j (they are one of the few veg that I can usually eat - the "roots" seem to agree with me!:T)

I switched about 3 weeks ago and have never looked back. As much rice, pasta potatoes and meat as you want but it has to be wholewheat pasta and brown rice.
Ohhhhh hadn't thought of that Freeby thanks :A I did look at the F&H when I got the stuff but thought I'd be better to count points until I got used to it - will have an in depth read at the weekend!:T (I am a carb freak too!:o)
Thanks for all the good wishes everyone:A and apologies for my rant(I did feel better afterwards tho':)). Things should (fingers crossed) settle soon, I guess it's just reminding me that it's still here
(have been fine for ages now since I got my meds sorted a while ago).

Hi All,
NSD #2 safely captured after a bit of a chase..........It was VERY tempting to buy a bacon roll when several others walked into the office with them - fortunately I no longer carry cash (this is the only thing I have in common with the Queen:rotfl: :rotfl::rotfl:) unless it's a planned spend.
Also working over 2 miles away from a cashpoint helps."Whether you think you can, or you think you can't -- you're right" - Henry Ford0
